People who come to me ...function well but have lost themselves along the way. Who know a lot about themselves and yet feel stuck, or who have been in therapy for a long time and still feel that something essential is missing.

People who come to me I'm a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner offering gentle, body-based sessions for stress, trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. My work helps clients feel more grounded, build nervous system capacity, and reconnect with a sense of safety and stability in their daily lives. I have a special interest in supporting women through life transitions and emotional challenges with a warm, respectful approach. Originally from Brazil, I now live in the United States, where I continue to deepen my professional training and build my somatic practice.

People who come to me I work with adults and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, and sexual trauma. Many understand their patterns well but still feel caught in familiar emotional, physical, or relationship reactions.

People who come to me feel stuck, lost, or want to move forward in their life. If you can't seem to move past self-sabotage, procrastination, & fear-based thinking, I'd love to see how I can support you. I believe that we are all the ruling sovereigns of our lives, & I'm not here to tell you what to do. Instead, I am here to help you uncover your deepest knowing, desires, & best roadmap for how to get to where you want to go; helping you to develop the confidence to boldly walk your unique path. With more than 10 years of experience, I've worked with a vast array of circumstances that my clients wanted relief from. I have worked in several areas of specialty in this time. I am trained to work with near-death experiences, altered states of consciousness (think integrating psychedelic journeys), & anesthesia/surgery. Another area of specialty is for folks who are adventurers & suffered some sort of traumatic incident while adventuring (think avalanches, climbing falls, biking accidents, etc). I also specialize in relationship issues. My approach to this is attachment based and informed by NARM principles. I especially love supporting people in the conundrum of "Will I stay or will I go?"
