Certified Practitioner · Somatic Experiencing
I work with adults and couples experiencing trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and concerns related to sexuality, intimacy, and sexual trauma. Many understand their patterns well but still feel caught in familiar emotional, physical, or relationship reactions.
I will get muddy in the ring with you. My approach is active and collaborative. Together, we “tinker” with competing feelings and body sensations using creativity and kindness, helping you develop greater awareness and integration or recognize more clearly where patterns remain stuck. My background is as a licensed bodyworker and a licensed psychotherapist. I use embodied trauma processing techniques and am passionate about explaining the science behind why they work. We practice together, and you learn tools you can use on your own. Vision and meaning also guide our work: what matters to you and what you want to move toward. Kind voice is one of many tools we may explore, depending on what helps you. Learn more here: [What Is Kind Voice?](https://www.centerforintegration.com/blog/what-is-kind-voice).

Frequently asked questions
Who is this not for?
My approach asks you to participate in exploring your experience. You don’t need to know how to do this already, but a willingness to get curious, examine familiar patterns, and try something new matters. If that kind of self-inquiry doesn’t appeal to you, we may not be a good fit.
In an acute crisis, please contact the free Telefonseelsorge helpline (0800 111 0 111, around the clock) or, in an emergency, call 112.
How do I know if it's a fit?
The best way to get a feel for my approach is to experience it. In a first session, we can try techniques together so you can see how you respond and whether this way of working feels useful to you. I also offer a free 20-minute consultation if you’d like to talk before scheduling.
How often do sessions take place?
We decide on session frequency together based on your needs, availability, and how the work is progressing. After each session, I send you an email with handouts and kind voice notes. For those on a budget, I explain that if we meet once every two weeks, you can use the week we don’t meet to review these materials and journal, turning one session into two sessions of learning. I’m very passionate about giving you tools for lasting change in your life.
