How do payments work on OneSomatic?
With Essential, clients pay by card when they book a session on your page. The money goes to your own Stripe account, and OneSomatic adds no fee to card payments.

A client picks a time on your OneSomatic page and pays by card in the same step. You set your own session prices.
Because clients pay when they book, you do not chase payments after the session.
Where the money goes
Payments go to your own Stripe account, which you connect once from your portal. Stripe confirms your identity, as financial rules require, and pays the money out to your bank account.
What payments cost
Card payments carry Stripe’s standard fee. OneSomatic adds none.
Bank payments (ACH) carry a OneSomatic fee of 0.7%, on top of the processor’s fee.
Essential costs $29 a month. Your page and intro-call requests stay free.
Invoices, superbills and good faith estimates
Invoices, superbills and good faith estimates sit next to each booking in your portal. You do not rebuild them in a second tool.
Booking from your own website
Essential includes a booking widget for your own website. You keep the website you have and add a booking button to it, so clients who find you there can book without a detour.
Insurance
OneSomatic does not bill insurance and does not handle insurance claims. A superbill is a detailed receipt. Clients who want reimbursement can send it to their insurer themselves.
What Essential adds
Essential adds online booking, a booking widget for your own website and session video. Invoices, superbills, good faith estimates, an intake form and session notes come with it.
